Sr. Maria Hoa joined St. Vincent’s as the Director of St. Vincent’s Heart in 2017. As a Daughter of Charity, Sr. Maria brings a wealth of expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to her duties. As Director, Sr. Maria has shaped the program designed to support the senior residents of Villa Caridad. The program goal is to strengthen the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the residents through interactive and engaging activities. Some of the activities include ballroom dancing, swimming, Tai Chi, painting, book clubs and more. As a self-trained artist in embroidery and painting, we all marvel at her limitless talents. Future works for Sr. Maria include expanding our outreach on and off campus for our brothers and sisters in need.
When Sr. Maria is not guiding St. Vincent’s Heart, you may catch a glimpse of her on one of her long walks.
