Human Resources Manager and Safety Officer

Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Art, University of California, Santa Barbara
Francis joined St. Vincent’s in August 2022 as the organization’s Human Resources
Manager reporting to the President & CEO, and has since accepted the additional
responsibility of Safety Officer. As Human Resources Manager and Safety Officer,
Francis oversees the Human Resources and Security Departments, while also ensuring
St. Vincent’s safety, health and emergency response protocols are buttoned up.
Francis has over 15 years of experience in the HR field – mainly in a leadership role –
working for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations across a variety of industries,
including low-income housing for seniors, home care agency, affiliate marketing, and
multiple well-known retailers.

When not working diligently alongside his peers to further the St. Vincent’s Mission,
Francis will almost certainly be spending as much time as possible with his two children
fully immersed in their sports, diverse interests, passions and goofiness.
