Mary Manzo joined St. Vincent’s in 2017 as the Vice President of Housing. Mary is responsible for managing all aspect of the St. Vincent’s property management program including Villa Caridad, St. Vincent’s Gardens and San Vincente Mobile Home Park. Mary also supervises all of the Associates who work in housing at St. Vincent’s. One of Mary’s key roles is the oversight of maintaining and preserving assets through expense control and revenue optimization and ensuring proper compliance with regulatory guidelines and contracts. When not managing her busy team at St. Vincent’s, you can find Mary combing the beaches for sea glass or spending time with her daughter and grandsons.
